Maiti Nepal needs volunteers ! - 2008-12-04
Maiti Nepal is currently looking for qualified volunteers who can assist them in raising funds for their projects.

Terms of Reference:

? Research (web, documents etc) on funding agencies (National and International) and criteria which corresponds Maiti Nepal?s objectives and it?s needs.
? Liaise with different national and international organization (Nepal and abroad) to inform them about Maiti Nepal.
? Generate interest and establish cooperation from funding agencies.
? Generate proposals in coordination and guidance of the Senior Programme Officer
? Initiate and organize fund raising events

Qualifications required:

-Advanced university degree in economics, sociology, or other related social sciences or MBA
-Prior experience on fund raising projects
-Experience in working with Social Organisation / NGOs will be an advantage

Time Frame:
- Required immediately.
- Minimum of 4 months of full time commitment
