- Queen Sofia Centre Silver Medal Award to Anuradha Koirala - 2007-03-01
Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain honored Ms. Anuradha Koirala the chair person of Maiti Nepal with "Queen Sofia Centre Silver Medal" on1st March 07. Her Majesty the Queen herself is the chair person of the organization 'The Queen Sofia Centre for the Study of Violence'. The award was delivered in a programme organized for their 10th anniversary on Valance, Spain.
The organization felicitated the award for the heroic work Ms Koirala has done for the children and women of Nepal.
