  • Highlights: Third National Anti-Trafficking Day - 2009-09-03
    1. Maiti Nepal and MTV EXIT jointly organizing Awareness Raising Musical Concert

    Maiti Nepal in collaboration with MTV-Exit (End Exploitation and Trafficking) is organizing a Musical Concert - an entertainment approach to raise awareness on human trafficking. Concert will comprise various Nepalese and Indian Singers such as Sunidhi Chauhan, Nima Rumba, Kranti Ale and Nalina Chitrakar. In addition, anti-trafficking messages, safe-migration promotion activities will be held through the distribution of information card and exhibitions. This program comes under series of activities to mark Third National Anti-Trafficking Day (5th September).

    3. Joint National Program to Mark National Anti-Trafficking Day

    Maiti Nepal, Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare, and other organizations and groups working against trafficking of children and women in Nepal are organizing a rally to mark National Anti-Trafficking Day. The rally will Start at Bhrikutimandap and conclude in a formal program at Rastriya Sabha Griha.
